Joe's Music Mill has over 1,600 musical instruments to lend to anyone who wants to access those benefits. A $25 annual membership allows you to borrow any of our instruments for a month at a time. HomeGrown Live 2026 performer applications now open!
Last year, HomeGrown Live raised a record $15,400 for Joe's Music Mill. This year’s HomeGrown Live Music Festival is on Saturday, May 2, at venues in and around downtown Kingston. You can find the performer application here . Please note the HomeGrown only accepts applications from artists who live or work in the Kingston area (one or two band members from abroad is okay!) Applications close on Feb 20. Thank you HomeGrown Live and the Kingston Community for your support!

Senior's Music Education
Joe’s Music Mill will begin providing weekly music education to seniors at the Rideau Heights Community Centre beginning Friday, November 28. The sessions will run Fridays from 10 am to noon. There is no cost or registration required - just show up ready to have fun learning to play music - we provide the instruments !
